China [Contest Entry]

This character "China" [pronounced "shee-na" in this term] is a female wolf that resembles the Chinese zodiac dragon in Chinese Folklore. Everything you read here is Fiction but does not give you permission to steal ideas and claim them as your own.

China is fierce and hot-wired, she's short-tempered and is nicknamed "Red-Hot" by her other zodiac friends: "Ark" the Tiger and "Kan" the Rat. She's known for her power of agility and her glowing emerald eyes and golden birthmarks. Her short legs make her as small as a Siberian Husky and her fur is as thick as a wolf's. Her "bangs" (or fringe) is usually long and Auburn but can be shortened, styled or dyed.

Okay, so, I went through 's list of design ideas sta.sh/019wmgkq8mfp and picked out a few things that stood out for me: Dragon, claws, wolf, zodiac, Glowy/Glittery, Stars, Symbolism, Golden yellow, stripes, Dark colours with an accented lighter colour, complementary, split-complementary themes, Long tails, Lotsa hair and furrrr, Different physiques and exaggerated proportions (ex. gorilla: large arms, small waist; weasel: long body, short legs; etc), Uncommon animal characters in general c:
